SwagFlow Check-in

SwagFlow Check-in is the admission app for trade fairs and events run on the SwagFlow platform. Staff at the entrance scan the ticket and admit the visitor in seconds — even when the venue Wi-Fi gives up. Features • Scan the ticket QR code with the device camera • Or type the five-character short code printed on the ticket when the code is damaged • Check-in and check-out, switchable in the settings • See the visitor's details before admitting them, instead of confirming blind • Register walk-in visitors on the spot, companions included • Offline operation: scans are stored on the device and uploaded automatically once the connection returns • Visitor list with search and check-in status • Several fairs per device — only the assigned ones are shown • Pair the device with the fair once; after that staff simply sign in Who it is for For fair organisers, dealers and their admission staff. The app replaces the printed attendee list and shows the organiser in real time who has already arrived. Account required Using the app requires an account on the SwagFlow platform. Accounts are issued by the organiser; there is no sign-up inside the app. Without an account and an assigned fair the app cannot be used. Camera The camera is used solely to read the QR codes on tickets. No photos or videos are stored or transmitted. More about the platform: https://swagflow.eu
