Oykos is the digital channel that puts your family in direct contact with your trusted paediatrician, simply, quickly and in an organised way. With Oykos you can: Report a symptom to your paediatrician When your child is unwell, you answer a guided set of questions tailored to the type of complaint you are reporting. Your answers reach your paediatrician exactly as you wrote them, and they will assess the situation and reply as soon as possible. Request certificates and prescriptions Send requests for certificates and prescription renewals to your paediatrician, without having to phone or drop by the practice. Receive messages from your paediatrician Your paediatrician can send you call-ups, for vaccinations for example, along with information materials prepared for your family. An assistant for everyday life A virtual assistant helps you with non-clinical topics such as feeding, daily routines and starting school, based on your child's profile. It does not answer medical questions. Oykos is designed to make dealing with your paediatrician simpler, while keeping at its centre the care relationship that already exists between your family and your paediatrician.
