Full description
Wait at home, not at the barrier. Type your registration number and BYBO watches the electronic queue for you. No account, no registration, no phone number — the plate is the whole setup. WHAT THIS DOES THAT A QUEUE MONITOR DOES NOT • AN ALARM, NOT A NOTIFICATION. When you are called, the screen lights up full, with sound and vibration — not a quiet line in the shade that nobody sees at four in the morning. People wait in this queue overnight, and a missed call costs the place. • IT WARNS YOU BEFORE THE HOLIDAY. A public holiday in Belarus, Poland or Lithuania is the most predictable thing that happens to this queue. BYBO knows all the calendars and warns you a couple of days ahead — but only after checking that holiday against last year's State Border Committee archive, and only if the queue really did grow. It also names the calmest day of the stretch. • DRIVING AND WAITING IN ONE NUMBER. It compares the open car checkpoints by the only figure that decides anything: how long until you are actually through, if you set off now. No official monitor shows that. • YOUR TRIP, PLANNED BACKWARDS. Say you want to leave on Saturday morning — the app names the hour to book in the electronic queue, counting back from the road and the arrival. An alarm at that hour, on the phone and on the watch. • ON YOUR WRIST. Wear OS shows the same state: the place, how fresh it is, the forecast, the alarm on the call and a countdown in whole minutes. You can re-check the queue from the watch. • HISTORY, NOT ONLY "RIGHT NOW". Queue length by hour and by weekday over three weeks answers "when should I leave", not just "where am I standing". WHILE YOUR PLATE IS WATCHED • Your place in a ring, large enough to read at arm's length. • When you will be called — and how far this app's own forecasts have missed so far. Measured, not promised. • Which checkpoint and which queue your plate turned up in. • How old the reading is, in plain words. ALARMS YOU SET YOURSELF Choose the place that wakes you: ten, fifty, three hundred. The app checks in the background and wakes you when you reach it, and again when you are called. The hourly report, the urgent alerts and the holiday advice each have their own switch — turn off what you do not want without losing the rest. CHECKPOINTS Brest, Kozlovichi, Berestovitsa, Bruzgi towards Poland. Kamenny Log, Benyakoni, Kotlovka towards Lithuania. Grigorovshchina, Urbani towards Latvia. Your plate is searched across every queue at once: cars, lorries, buses, motorcycles, live queues and priority ones. WHERE THE NUMBERS STOP The forecast ends at the call to the Belarusian checkpoint. That is not the moment you enter the EU: passport and customs control are not counted. When the queue is not moving, the app says so instead of inventing a figure. When last year's archive does not confirm a holiday peak, no advice is shown at all. Data comes from the official belarusborder.by monitoring, the open gpk.gov.by archive and the open OSRM router. The app has no server of its own — nothing about you leaves your phone. Four languages: English, Russian, Polish and Lithuanian. Light theme, dark, or whatever the system uses. BYBO is independent: not a government app, not affiliated with the State Border Committee of Belarus or with belarusborder.by. It shows what they publish openly; you join the queue on their own sites. Independent development: one person builds and maintains this app. A letter to [email protected] is read by that person, not by a support desk.
