Lumio AI

Lumio is the AI that talks to you like a thoughtful friend — not like an instruction manual. You can show it a letter you don't understand, ask it to write a delicate email, weigh up a tough decision, or just share what's on your mind. Lumio replies in simple words, in your language, with no technical jargon. WHY LUMIO ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini — these tools are brilliant. But they're built for advanced users. They answer fast, often in English first, with a corporate tone that intimidates. Lumio does the opposite: it listens to you, takes its time, replies like a thoughtful person would. WHAT IT DOES • Understands letters, prescriptions, contracts, labels — take a photo, Lumio translates it into plain language • Writes your emails — tricky, admin, family — with the right tone for the right person • Weighs up decisions — moving house, buying, changing jobs — by asking the right questions without deciding for you • Helps with admin tasks — taxes, insurance, benefits — with the right sources for your country • Supports you when something weighs on you — loneliness, grief, conflict, doubts — without ever replacing a professional • Searches in real time — prices, opening hours, news — when you need it • Remembers you — as you chat, it learns what you tell it to help you better next time WHAT IT DOESN'T DO • Doesn't bombard you with technical jargon • Doesn't pretend to be a therapist, lawyer or doctor — it points you to a human when needed • Doesn't throw endless replies at you — it gets to the point • Doesn't sell your data — your words stay in Europe and never leave Lumio WHO IT'S FOR For you if you find other AI apps too technical. For your parents if the idea of "talking to a robot" scares them. For European expats who want answers tailored to their country (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands). For freelancers, retirees, busy parents.
