Its singular function is to facilitate the completion of follow-up questionnaires, thereby obviating the necessity for in-person visits to healthcare facilities. Access and Eligibility: This application is exclusively restricted to individuals participating in the DIOPTRA study. Access requires a valid DIOPTRA identification (ID), which is provided without charge upon enrollment, following the execution of an informed consent form. The application is not publicly available.
