CyberSmart: Maritime Surveys

CyberSmart brings secure vessel inspections and surveys to your phone or tablet. Built specifically for environments with limited or no connectivity like open sea and vessel compartments, it lets marine surveyors and crew work seamlessly offline without data loss. As the mobile companion to the CyberSmart platform, the app captures survey findings on board, protects sensitive records with on-device encryption, and automatically synchronizes everything once a connection is restored. KEY FEATURES Work Offline with Complete Security • Download survey templates before boarding and work uninterrupted without internet access. • Store all inspection data locally in an encrypted on-device database. • Sync queued reports, evidence, and photos automatically when connectivity returns. • Track upload status in real time to verify which reports have reached the server. Smart Vessel Surveys & Checklists • Create, filter, and manage survey projects across every stage of the workflow. • Complete dynamic checklists with text, photos, numeric values, GPS coordinates, and digital signatures. • Prevent incomplete submissions using required-field validation and conditional logic. • Review, revise, and approve surveys with clear version tracking. Specialized Maritime Modules (IHM & FSI) • Perform Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM) audits using deck-plan pins, suspect logs, and evidence photos. • Conduct guided Flag State Inspections (FSI) with standardized checklists. Deficiency & Evidence Management • Log, classify, and close vessel deficiencies on the spot. • Attach compressed photos, files, and deck coordinates to document findings. • Automatically compress media to conserve storage space and satellite bandwidth. Instant Reporting • Generate exportable PDF and Word (DOCX) inspection reports directly through the platform. Enterprise Data Protection • Full end-to-end data encryption in transit and at rest. • Secure credential handling with offline session continuity. • Account access centrally managed by your organization's administrator. ACCESS & REQUIREMENTS CyberSmart user accounts are provisioned by your organization's administrator. An active CyberSmart enterprise account is required to log in and synchronize survey data.
