CityBpm Appointment scheduling

Have you given up looking for solutions to stop no-shows? One of the main problems for beauty salons, medical offices or other appointment-based businesses is the fact that some clients or patients do not respect their appointments or simply forget about them. For your business, that means wasted time that cost you money. If you are among those business owners who are looking to reduce the number of clients or patients who do not show up, we have good news: SMS is crucial in making your clients or patients more responsible and at the same time, it helps you reduce the amount of calls that can consume a lot of time and energy. By automatically sending SMS to remind the appointments you simplify the interaction with your patients or clients. If you wish, you can request a reply with the digit 1 to confirm or with the digit 0 to cancel or reschedule. CityBpm will automatically interpret the response received from your clients or patients and, depending on it, will automatically change the color of the appointment to easily observe confirmations and cancellations. Thus, you will stop no-shows instantly, and you won't waste any more time trying to keep track of those who don't show up. In addition, by eliminating the phone conversation, you spare certain clients or patients of the discomfort of recognizing that they do not wish to come anymore. Are you looking for a solution easy to implement?
