AquaBee

AquaBee is the all-in-one management platform for research facilities, beekeepers, and aquaculture operators. Whether you're inspecting hives in the field, running a lab antibody pipeline, or tracking equipment across multiple locations, AquaBee keeps everything connected — even without internet. BEEKEEPING Manage apiaries, hives, colonies, and queens in detail. Run full hive assessments frame by frame — counting eggs, larvae, capped brood, pollen, and honey — across multi-box configurations. Log beekeeping events and tasks linked to specific apiaries, hives, colonies, or queens. AQUACULTURE Maintain a fish registry with species, tank assignment, and health status. Track individual animals through their lifecycle from arrival to retirement. ANTIBODY PRODUCTION PIPELINE AquaBee covers the full workflow from Varroa mite collection to lyophilized product: • Mite collection → protein prep → protein aliquots • Fish immunization records with injection tracking and serum draws • Serum preparation, ELISA analysis, and aliquot management • Lyophilization runs from storage flasks or shipment aliquots QR CODES Generate and print QR code batches for any entity. Assign codes to equipment, animals, or lab samples and scan them from anywhere in the app — the scanner navigates directly to the right record. Labels print to Zebra printers or export as PNG. EQUIPMENT & INVENTORY Track every asset across multiple locations with serial numbers, status, condition, and depreciation schedules. Run annual inventory sessions — scan each item to verify it, note its condition, and flag anything broken or missing. INVOICING Create and manage three invoice types: AquaBee-to-client, ITS-to-AquaBee, and third-party supplier invoices. Includes PDF generation, multi-currency support, and a full status workflow from draft to paid. OFFLINE-FIRST AquaBee works fully offline. Data syncs automatically when connectivity returns, with a conflict resolution system that keeps your records consistent across devices.
