Ledger Scanner

Ledger Scanner is the mobile companion to Ledger, for teams who would rather photograph a receipt than type it in. Point your phone at a receipt, crop it, and send it. The receipt lands in your Ledger workspace, where it is read, filed, and matched against your books — so the paper never has to make the trip to the office. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Capture with the camera. Guided capture and cropping, so a receipt shot on a restaurant table still arrives square and readable. • Send a stack at once. Photograph several receipts in one sitting and submit them together. • Use files you already have. Pick an existing photo or PDF from your device and send it the same way. • Sign in by QR. Scan the pairing code shown in Ledger on the web instead of typing a password on a small keyboard. Email or phone number with a password works too. • Work without signal. Receipts captured offline are queued on your device and sent automatically once you are back on a connection. Nothing is lost between the shop and the office. • Watch each receipt land. The inbox tracks every submission from uploaded through processed, and anything that failed can be retried with a tap.
