NETASET Cliente es la app para las empresas que tienen contratada su limpieza con una empresa que trabaja con NETASET. QUÉ PUEDES HACER • Ver cada centro contratado con su última visita, sus horas del mes y su estado — sin llamar para preguntar. • Comunicar incidencias desde el móvil y recibir la respuesta ahí mismo, con notificación. Cada incidencia queda registrada con su resolución. • Consultar y descargar el informe mensual del servicio: visitas realizadas, horas, incidencias resueltas y trabajos periódicos (cristaleras, abrillantados). TRANSPARENCIA SIN LLAMADAS El estado del servicio deja de ser una conversación de pasillo: queda registrado, fechado y a un toque. Y cuando algo no está bien, lo dices una vez y sabes quién lo arregla y cuándo. PRIVACIDAD POR DISEÑO La app muestra el servicio, no a las personas: nunca verás datos personales del equipo de limpieza. Sin publicidad ni analítica comercial.
