DecaOK es la app del conductor para el Documento de Control Administrativo (DeCA) del transporte de mercancías por carretera. Funciona con la cuenta que te da tu empresa de transporte. Para el conductor • Ve sus DeCA del día y crea uno nuevo en segundos: cliente, vehículo, remolque y paradas. • Inicia, pausa, reanuda y finaliza cada servicio. Las horas quedan registradas solas. • Enseña el código QR si le paran en carretera: el agente abre el documento vigente desde su móvil. • Comparte el enlace del DeCA por WhatsApp o correo. • Recoge la firma del conforme de entrega con el dedo, en la misma pantalla. • Consulta su historial y busca por cliente o por fechas. Para la oficina • Panel con los DeCA pendientes de revisar y los que están en marcha. • Revisa, corrige y envía los DeCA por correo al cliente. • Gestiona clientes, vehículos, remolques, subcontratas y trabajadores. Cómo empezar La primera vez, escribe el CIF de tu empresa y entra con el usuario y la contraseña que te haya dado tu oficina. Si tu empresa todavía no usa DecaOK, visita decaok.es.
