La Guía Terapéutica Antimicrobiana del Sistema Nacional de Salud es una aplicación desarrollada en el marco del Plan Nacional frente a la Resistencia a los Antibióticos (PRAN) con el objetivo de optimizar y homogeneizar la prescripción de los tratamientos antibióticos y, con ello, reducir el riesgo de desarrollo de resistencia. En esta guía encontrará: • Recomendaciones para el abordaje de los procesos infecciosos más prevalentes en adultos, niños y pacientes asistidos en centros sociosanitarios. • Recomendaciones basadas en la evidencia y en patrones de resistencia. • Uso de antimicrobianos en situaciones especiales: insuficiencia renal, hepática, embarazo, lactancia, sobrepeso y obesidad. • Manual de obtención de muestras para el diagnóstico microbiológico. • Consideraciones sobre la prescripción diferida de antibióticos.
