Embody - Law of Assumption

Make room for the life you want to live. Embody is a manifestation app built around the Law of Assumption. Create a vision of your chosen life, imagine a moment that implies your wish is fulfilled, and practice the thoughts and feelings of the person you choose to be. Whether you have two minutes during the day or a quiet moment before sleep, Embody helps you make the practice your own. BUILD YOUR CHOSEN REALITY Create personal vision boards called Realities. Save photos and links for the home, relationships, career, travel or experiences you want. Organize the details within each vision and use them as starting points for your imaginal scenes. FIND A PRACTICE FOR THIS MOMENT Choose what you need and follow a short, guided practice: • Feel it's already yours: imagine a moment that implies your wish is fulfilled. • Bedtime visualization (SATS): return to one simple scene as you settle into sleep. • Revise the day: revisit a moment in imagination and rehearse how you wish it had gone. • Come back to yourself: pause and reconnect with your chosen assumption. Explore guided prompts and everyday scenes that help you imagine how you would think, feel and respond if your wish were already fulfilled. PUT IT IN YOUR OWN WORDS Keep affirmations and assumptions that mean something to you. Answer prompts from the perspective of your wish fulfilled, write in your journal, and return to words that help you feel a calm knowing that it's done. GET SUPPORT WHEN DOUBT SHOWS UP Share a worry with the Assumption Coach. Explore the assumption behind it, choose one you'd rather live from, and find a simple way to practice it. UNDERSTAND THE PRACTICE Explore ten short lessons, clear explanations of the Law of Assumption, and guides to the practices. Learn what "living in the end" means and how assumption differs from attraction. RETURN WITHOUT PRESSURE No streaks to protect. No pressure to feel positive all the time. Optional reminders stay off until you turn them on. Difficult days are a reason for support, never blame. YOUR PERSONAL SPACE Your Realities, journal and practice history are stored on your device.
