Full description
Plan a distribution board the way it will really look: put the devices on the DIN rails, run the wires between terminals, label the circuits and take the drawing to the site. Also available as a free web app at https://electricalpanel.netlify.app/ WHAT YOU CAN DO - Place devices: tap an item in the library or drag it onto the board. Combs, busbars and distribution blocks work the way they do in a real panel. - Wire it: drag from one terminal to another and the wire routes itself. Drag any segment to move it, or drag a wire end onto another terminal. - Choose the standard: Europe (IEC 60364, DIN VDE), Russia and CIS (GOST, PUE) or North America (NEC, UL 67). The library, conductor colours, sizes and terminal names follow it. - Set the manufacturer for every device from a list of 30 brands, or type your own. It shows up in the reports. - Lock devices and wires so nothing moves by accident. LIBRARY OF MORE THAN 90 DEVICES Circuit breakers 1P to 4P, RCDs, RCBOs, AFDDs, SPDs, fuses, motor protection, contactors, impulse switches, relays, time and twilight switches, dimmers, thermostats, meters and measuring modules, power supplies, transformers, terminal blocks, distribution blocks, comb and single-row busbars, PLCs and I/O modules, KNX and DALI gateways, Ethernet switches, transfer switches for a generator, accessories. NORTH AMERICAN PANELS Load centers with two columns of spaces, odd numbers left and even right, alternating A and B phases, main breaker or main lugs, tandem, GFCI, AFCI and dual function breakers, neutral and ground bars, circuit numbering and a panel schedule with the load split between the phases. DESIGN CHECK The app builds the supply tree and points out the usual mistakes: - a breaker rated above the one that feeds it; - an RCD that no upstream breaker protects against overload; - two ordinary RCDs in series with no selectivity; - sockets, a bathroom, a garage or an outdoor circuit with no RCD; - neutrals of different RCDs on one bar — the classic cause of nuisance tripping; - a wire too thin, or oversized for the terminal; - more than two wires in one terminal; - a three-phase load fed from separate single-pole breakers; - phase imbalance, unfed inputs, wrong conductor colours, a neutral on a phase terminal. These are hints based on common rules, not a substitute for a design or an inspection. HEAT AND TEMPERATURE RISE Losses of every device and of the wiring, the temperature inside the enclosure in °C or °F, and advice on vents or a filter fan with the airflow it needs. Ambient temperature, enclosure material and size, mounting and load factor are all adjustable. EXPORT - Project as JSON — backup and transfer, opens straight from a file manager. - Print or save as PDF. - DXF drawing in full detail, 1:1 in millimetres, with layers. - Visio drawing (VDX) where every device, wire and label is a separate editable shape. - PNG and SVG of the drawing. - CSV of the circuit table and of the bill of materials. WORKS OFFLINE Everything runs on the device. No account, no registration, no internet connection. Projects are stored on the phone only. 24 LANGUAGES The language is taken from your device on the first start. READY-MADE EXAMPLES A flat, a house with a garage and an electric gate, a three-room flat with two bathrooms, a US load center and a condo subpanel. Open one, look at how it is wired and rebuild it for your own job. NO ADS, NO SUBSCRIPTION, NO PAID FEATURES. This app is a drawing and planning tool. It does not certify a design and does not replace the rules that apply where you work.

What's new

What's new: - Bundles: several wires drawn as one thick line, the way they are tied together in a real board, and the thickness follows how many run inside. - A bundle lays itself along the corridor the wires share, and they join and leave all along it. - Exploded view: the bundle opens out into separate wires for a moment. - Pick wires with Shift or Ctrl or a frame; new Bundles button. - Choose the bundle color; wire length counts through it.
