X7 Mobile

X7 Mobile is the companion app for the X7 business platform. It isn't a cut-down copy of the desktop. It gives you the actions you need most when you're away from your desk. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Invoices – create and view invoices, send them as PDF or e-invoice, update their status. • Expenses – photograph a receipt and log the expense on the spot, not at the end of the day. • Projects & tasks – create tasks, change status, assign people and leave comments. • Inbox – read customer requests and reply right away. • Direct messages – chat with your colleagues. • AI chat – ask questions about your company's data in plain language. • Notifications – push alerts and a list of unread items. • Operator status & working hours – for team members who answer website chat. SECURE CONNECTION You don't sign in with a password. You link your phone to your company through a confirmation in your browser: compare the device code and tap "Allow access". Access is granted only to the selected company. • A PIN code protects your data if your phone is left unlocked. • Your company decides how much detail notifications show on the lock screen. • If you lose your phone, you can revoke its session from the desktop straight away. MULTIPLE COMPANIES If you run several companies, you can switch between them and confirm each connection separately. You need an X7 account to use this app. Sign up at x7.ee.
