UKSEL: Visitor & Delivery Chat

Visitors scan. You reply. UKSEL connects the person at your entrance with the people who live there. Chat with a courier, show a visitor the right door and manage your connected entrance from your phone. Use the resident app with the UKSEL account connected to your home. Visitors reach you through your entrance's QR link in their browser, without installing the resident app or creating an account. CHAT WITH VISITORS Reply in a dedicated conversation. Share text and photos, use saved quick replies and keep your apartment's delivery instructions ready to send. GUIDE THE DELIVERY Send a photo of the right entrance or a message about where to leave a package. Ask for a delivery photo so the details stay together in the chat. VIEW YOUR ENTRANCE CAMERA When Video is enabled and a compatible camera is connected, see the entrance on the home screen or alongside your conversation. Switch between assigned cameras and open a larger view. MANAGE CONNECTED GATES When Gate is enabled and compatible equipment is configured, use the available pedestrian, vehicle and closing controls. The commands available depend on your property's setup. SET YOUR NOTIFICATION PREFERENCES Choose a notification sound or set quiet hours. Notification banners can still arrive during quiet hours without sound or vibration, subject to your phone's permissions and system settings. FIND RECENT VISITS Return to recent visitor conversations in your visit history. Your profile brings together language, notification preferences and account settings. UKSEL is available in English, Estonian and Russian. GETTING STARTED You need an active UKSEL resident account, a configured property and internet access. Video and Gate require the relevant modules and compatible equipment, which are not included with the app download. The UKSEL service and optional modules may require payment. Property and module settings are managed through your UKSEL website account.
