Meditationerne i Dyb Ro er skabt til dig, der ønsker bedre søvn, mindre stress og mere ro i hverdagen. Du kan bruge appen om aftenen før sengetid, i løbet af dagen eller i korte pauser, hvor der er behov for at trække vejret dybere og finde balance.
