While Sleeping - Sleep Audio

You know the moment. Lights off, head on the pillow, and your brain decides it's the perfect time to replay every awkward thing you said in 2009, plan next week, and wonder if you locked the door. That's the monkey brain. It doesn't want silence. It wants something to chew on. While Sleeping gives it something to chew on. Pick your own audio (white noise, brown noise, rain, calm music, an audiobook, a podcast, whatever works for you) and While Sleeping plays it the way sleep audio should be played: 🌙 A start delay. Settle in first. Playback starts after the delay you choose, not the second you press play. 🌊 Built-in noise. White, pink or brown noise comes with the app. Let it fill the start delay, or make a playlist that's just noise until your stop time. No files needed. 🔁 An endless, gentle loop. Your playlist plays on repeat, so there's no sudden silence at 2 a.m. for the monkey to fill with worries. 🌅 A stop time. Pick when it ends, say 06:30, and it fades out softly over 30 seconds. No jolt, no alarm. 🎚️ The right volume, every night. Each playlist sets the phone's media volume when it starts, so you're never blasted by whatever you last listened to on the bus. ✂️ Skip the chatter. Cut the intro and the outro off any track ("Welcome back to the show…"), so every loop goes straight to the calm part. 🐢 Your pace. Play at normal speed or faster, per playlist. 😴 Woke up at 3 a.m.? Pause and press play again. The start delay runs again, so you have time to drift off before the audio comes back.
