InForm Motion Analysis

InForm is the video analysis app for movers. It is designed for dancers, lifters, climbers, boxers, and any sport where technique matters — and for the coaches and teachers who want the most for their students. Inform includes slow motion, frame-by-frame analysis, side-by-side comparison, advanced motion tracking, angle measurement, notes, recording feedback, and YouTube integration. InForm is donation-ware, which means it is FREE for everyone to use as much as they want with no monthly subscription, no ads, no limited trial, and nothing hidden behind a paywall. I trust more than enough users will find InForm helpful to them to support continued development. WHY I BUILT IT As a dancer, weight lifter, rock climber and dance teacher, I was always looking for ways to study movement. I wanted a simple but powerful video analysis tool that worked the way I actually trained and taught, and I could never find the right one. So I built InForm. GET THE VIDEO IN • Film directly in the app • Open a video already on your phone • Paste a YouTube link, or share straight from the YouTube app FIND THE MOMENT • Step one frame at a time, or hold to walk through it • Slow motion from 0.25x to 2x • Loop a two-second phrase and watch it twenty times • Pinch to zoom into the part that matters • Mirror the view to see a move the way you would face it TRACK YOUR MOVEMENT • Advanced motion tracking of points, lines, angles, and body parts • See your movement to perfect your movement MARK IT UP • Pen, line, arrow, ellipse and text • Measure angles with a real angle tool • Track a hand, a barbell or a whole skeleton across the clip • Type a note, or record your voice against an exact moment COMPARE, SIDE BY SIDE Put two videos next to each other and play them together. A YouTube clip beside your own attempt, to learn a sequence. Today beside six weeks ago, to see whether the training is working. Sync them, loop them, and step them both forward a frame at a time. It is a form check you can actually see. TRACK PROGRESS Save clips and stills into dated project folders with a pose tag, so months of work read left to right in a single view. SHARE IT Cut out the part that matters and send it with your drawings burned into the picture — or as a file that re-opens with every mark still editable. YOUR VIDEOS STAY YOURS InForm has no server. There is no account, nothing is uploaded, and no analytics are collected. Everything runs on your phone, the motion tracking included. That matters if you teach, and it matters more if you teach children. FREE, DONATION-BASED I believe quality resources should be available to everyone who loves motion, whatever their budget. InForm is FREE for everyone to use as much as they want with no monthly subscription, no ads, no trial that runs out, and nothing hidden behind a paywall. and maintenance. If you find InForm of value to you, then I ask that you please donate to support the project. A rating, positive review, and a word to friends and teammates, helps just as much.
