CardioNote BP Log is a home blood pressure tracker for adults managing hypertension or monitoring cardiovascular health. Log each reading by entering systolic, diastolic, and pulse (heart rate) values; date and time fill in automatically and can be overridden, and an optional note field lets you record context such as arm used or recent activity. On save, the app labels each entry with an AHA category (Normal, Elevated, High Stage 1, High Stage 2, or Crisis) using color coding only, with no diagnostic language. A reading history lists all entries in reverse order with date-range filters; a blood pressure trend chart plots systolic and diastolic lines over periods from one week to one year; and a stats screen shows mean, minimum, maximum, morning-versus-evening splits, and a donut chart of time in each AHA category. A built-in BP reference guide covers AHA classification thresholds and an FAQ on white-coat effect and correct measurement posture; all information is for general health education only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Configurable daily reminders help maintain a consistent logging routine. There is no account or cloud sync, but data can be exported to CSV from the settings screen. Everything here is free; nothing is gated behind a purchase.
