PRBook（ピーアールブック）は、自己ベスト（PR＝Personal Record）の更新を軸にした、ウエイトトレーニングの記録アプリです。日々のトレーニングを記録し、重量や回数の伸びをグラフで振り返りながら、次の一歩につなげられます。 ■ こんな方に ・ベンチプレスやスクワットなどの重量・回数をシンプルに記録したい ・自己ベスト（PR）の更新を励みにトレーニングを続けたい ・これまでの伸びを振り返りながら、計画的に取り組みたい ・トレーニングの記録をひとつのアプリにまとめたい ■ 主な機能 ・セット記録：重量・レップ・RPE を素早く記録。前回の記録もその場で確認できます。 ・次セットの提案：前回の記録をもとに、次に挙げる重量・回数の目安を提案します（適用するかは自由）。 ・メニュー（テンプレート）：よく行う種目の組み合わせを雛形として登録・編集・並び替え。 ・予定とリマインダー：トレーニング予定をカレンダーに登録し、端末の通知でお知らせします。 ・分析：自己ベストや推定1RM（推定挙上重量）の推移をグラフで可視化し、成長を確認できます。 ・目標：目標重量・推定1RM・指定重量での回数などを設定し、進捗を追えます。 ・体組成の記録：体重・体脂肪率を記録し、推移を確認できます。 ・共有カード：成長の推移を画像として書き出して共有できます（任意）。 ・バックアップ：記録をファイルとして保存・読み込みでき、機種変更時の移行にも使えます。 ■ 自己ベスト（PR）に集中できる設計 PR とは Personal Record（自己ベスト）のことです。更新した記録はグラフで振り返ることができ、伸びを実感しながらトレーニングを続けられます。種目名は日本のジムでの呼称（ベンチプレス、ラットプルダウン など）に合わせています。 ※ 機種変更や端末の初期化を行う前には、バックアップ（書き出し）をおすすめします。 自己ベストを、ひとつずつ。PRBook は、あなたのトレーニングの積み重ねを記録します。
