HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT KNOWS Iceland Bus shows scheduled departure times from Strætó's own published timetable. It does not currently show live vehicle positions — every departure is clearly marked as scheduled, never shown as "live" unless it actually is. Iceland Bus is an independent app built on Strætó's official open transport data (straeto.is, used under Strætó's own open-data terms with attribution). It is not affiliated with or operated by Strætó bs. or any Icelandic government body.
