Buy rental houses, small businesses, land and stocks until your passive income beats your expenses, and you are free. HOW IT PLAYS • Get dealt a career: custodian, line cook, teacher, nurse, engineer, airline pilot, physician and more, each with its own salary, bills and debt. • Roll and land on deals: condos, apartment buildings, food trailers, car washes, land and stocks. • Every deal shows the price, the money you put in, the debt and your yearly return on that money.
