Dusk Blocks is a free 8x8 block puzzle game. Drag a piece onto the grid. Fill a whole row or a whole column and it clears, and those cells are yours to build on again. The game offers you three pieces at a time. The run ends when not one of them fits anywhere on the board. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT Rotation. Tap a piece to turn it. A piece that fits nowhere one way often fits another, so a board that looks finished usually is not. A hold slot. Drag a piece into the box beside the queue and keep it for the moment it fits. Leave the box empty and the game uses it for you: it stashes the last piece you cannot play, and the queue deals you something you can. Levels that change the rules. Clear lines and you go up a level. A level here is not a speed setting. Bigger and diagonal pieces join the mix. Obstacle cells appear on the board. The last piece in the queue is sometimes covered up. Each level deals in its own colours, and a line cleared in one colour pays a bonus. FREE, WITH NOTHING TO BUY The whole game is free to play. There are no advertisements, nothing to buy and no account to make. PLAYS OFFLINE The game carries its own rules, its own art. It makes no network request of any kind. Put your phone in flight mode and it still plays. Your scores, your badges and your settings stay on your device. THE SAME GAME IN A BROWSER Dusk Blocks is a web game as well: https://duskblocks.com.
