HealthWizard is an offline-first medication and health tracking app. Set up medicine schedules, get reminders, and log doses as taken, missed, delayed, partial, or skipped — all stored on your device first, so it works with no internet connection. People managing diabetes can optionally turn on insulin and blood-glucose tracking: dose logging, glucose readings with context tags, trend charts, and time-in-range reports. Everyone else can use HealthWizard as a general medication reminder. Features: - Medication and insulin schedules with reminders and a daily timeline - Dose logging (taken/missed/delayed/partial/skipped) with history - Optional blood-glucose logging and basic reports - Optional import of heart rate and blood pressure from Health Connect - Stock and refill reminders - Emergency contact quick access - Optional PIN/biometric app lock - Works offline; syncs across devices when signed in HealthWizard records and reminds — it does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend a dose. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
