Log symptoms quickly Choose from common MS symptom categories or create your own. Rate severity on a 0-10 scale, add notes, and log for right now or a past date and time. See the full picture Each log automatically captures local weather conditions including temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, and wind speed. Connect Health Connect to overlay sleep, heart rate, and step data alongside your symptoms. Review your history Browse logs grouped by day with weather and biometric details. Edit or delete past entries as needed. Features - Custom symptom categories - Severity tracking (0-10 scale) - Automatic weather logging - Health Connect integration (sleep, steps, heart rate) - City search for manual location when GPS is unavailable, or logging past symptoms - Your data stays local to you device, for you alone.
