My Pocket is a simple, private personal-finance tracker built for Mobile Money users in Rwanda and East Africa. My Pocket reads those confirmation messages on your phone and turns them into a clean transaction history — amount, fee, balance, who you paid or who paid you, and when. HOW SMS ACCESS IS USED My Pocket asks for the "Read SMS" permission only after explaining why, and only reads messages from your Mobile Money provider (for example, M-Money). Messages that are not transaction confirmations are ignored. You can revoke the permission at any time in your phone's settings and keep using the app manually. My Pocket is an independent app. It is not affiliated with MTN, Airtel, or any Mobile Money provider, and it never moves money. It only keeps your records.
