Full description
Most habit trackers give you a checklist. Habitscope shows you how your habits connect. Log your day in a tap. As your logs build up, Habitscope spots patterns in your own data, like "On days you exercise, you smoke fewer cigarettes" or "Exercise and drinking water go together". Each one comes with its numbers and a picture, so you can see the pattern for yourself. BUILD HABITS, OR CUT DOWN • Build: water, exercise, reading, meals, fruit & veg, sleep, one useful thing a day • Cut down or quit: cigarettes, vaping, alcohol, sugar, fast food, coffee, social media • Set a daily goal, or a limit ("at most 5 a day", or "none at all") • Some habits aren't daily. Hair wash three times a week? Weekly goals count the week, so a day off is never a miss LOG THE WAY LIFE ACTUALLY IS • Meals in two taps: breakfast, lunch and dinner, a balanced plate or not, at home or out • Sugar and alcohol by size: a sweet or a whole dessert, a shot or a pint • Beat a craving? Log it. For quitting, resisting is the win worth counting • Missed yesterday? Fix any day in a tap • A list or a grid of rings, and a home-screen widget for logging without opening the app SEE YOUR PATTERNS • A number and a picture first; tap a card for the full sentence • A tick for what's going well and a mark for what needs attention, on every insight • Your lens: the strongest pattern so far, right on Today • How your habits connect (Pro): a map of which habits go together and which pull against each other. Tap a habit to see what goes with it • Early signals in your first weeks, clearly marked as early, so the page is never empty • A weekly look at how you're doing compared with your own usual. No scores, no grades TASKS, TOO • One-off tasks and monthly bills, with reminders, in the same place. Free and unlimited KIND BY DESIGN • Cutting down counts. "2 of 5 allowed" is a good day • Streaks count days on track, and weekly habits count weeks • Insights are patterns in your own logs, never medical advice PRIVATE BY DEFAULT • No account, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking • Your habits and history are stored on your phone and never sent to any server, not ours and not Google's • Export a spreadsheet or save a backup whenever you like. Your data is yours REMINDERS THAT FIT • Water paced across your day, hair wash on the right days, floss at bedtime, a nudge for a meal you haven't logged • Set your wake-up and bedtime, then pick Quiet, Balanced or Lots • Light and dark mode EARLY ADOPTERS Start using Habitscope by 31 October 2026 and Pro is yours for good, free. No purchase, no sign-up: just install it and add a habit. FREE AND PRO Free: up to 3 habits, unlimited tasks, your lens, early signals, the weekly view, reminders, the widget and backups. Habitscope Pro: unlimited habits, every pattern in your logs and the map of how your habits connect, and Lots of reminders. Monthly, yearly (with a 7-day free trial) or once for life. Your existing habits are never locked. Habitscope is a habit tracker, not a medical device. Its insights describe patterns in your own logs. Two habits moving together doesn't prove one causes the other.
