Noush: Water Reminder Live

Noush helps you drink enough water every day. Tell Noush your weight and how active you are. It suggests a daily goal and shows you how it worked it out. Then it reminds you gently through the day, only while you are awake. ONE TAP TO LOG Had a drink? Tap "I just had a drink" and choose the amount. Tea, coffee and milk count too. REMINDERS THAT FIT YOUR DAY • Reminders come only between your wake-up time and your bedtime. • Log a drink, and the next reminder moves later. • Reach your goal, and reminders stop for the day. • Busy? Tap Later, and Noush asks again in half an hour. A GOAL THAT EXPLAINS ITSELF Noush suggests 30 ml for every kilogram of body weight, plus a little more for an active day. The Why page shows the formula and its sources, from Europe's food safety authority to the US National Academies. It is a helpful target, not a medical measurement.
