OFF-COURT DRILLS These drills are great for off-court discussion, self-reflective exercises, or practicing visualizations. In addition to some off-court drills, you receive printable materials that you can add to your players’ files. 3D VISUALIZATIONS All the on-court mental coaching tennis lessons are visualized with 3D animations that show the tennis court, players' positioning for the respective drill, and the drill itself in 360 degrees. In addition, you have info cards with instructions, audio cues, and step-by-step guidance on how to get the most out of each drill.
