Whether it's appointments, tasks, routines, shopping lists, recipes, or meal planning — ClaaroPlan brings it all together in one place, live-synced for the whole family. What ClaaroPlan offers: 📅 Family Calendar Shared appointments with start/end times, descriptions, and multiple family members. Birthdays can be marked as their own event type. Appointments can be paused (e.g. for a date range) and shared via WhatsApp, Signal, or SMS — even with people outside the family, no account needed. Ideal for separated parents or blended families. ✅ Tasks with Timer Create and assign tasks, track progress with a circular timer. Big tasks can be broken down into smaller steps using AI. 🔁 Routines & Medication Recurring routines for the whole family — daily, weekly, monthly. With time limits, a circular progress indicator, and pause functionality (e.g. for vacations). Dedicated medication routines 💊 with morning/midday/evening slots per family member and push reminders. 🪙 Coin Reward System Complete tasks and routines to earn coins. Works for kids and parents alike. Parents decide what coins can be redeemed for. 📋 Lists for Everything Shopping lists, packing lists, to-do lists, checklists — all live-synced. The shopping list is linked to the weekly meal plan and automatically combines duplicate ingredients. 🍽️ Weekly Plan & Recipes Plan meals for the week, save recipes, and import them directly into ClaaroPlan via link from Instagram, TikTok, Chefkoch, or YouTube. 🔊 Read Aloud Tasks, routines, recipes, and notes can be read aloud — choose your own voice and speed. 🪟 Home Screen Widget Today's appointments, routines, and tasks right on your home screen — including Google Calendar. 🧑 Teen & 🧒 Child View Teens get access to all areas and can create their own tasks and routines, but cannot change family settings. Children get their own simplified view with their tasks, routines, and coin balance. Every profile can optionally be protected with its own profile PIN 🔐, plus a dedicated avatar editor 🎨 with 14 profile colors 🌈. ❓ AI Help Assistant Ask questions about the app right inside ClaaroPlan and get an instant answer — no need to dig through a manual. 📝 Notes & Shared Lists Notes and lists that reach everyone instantly. 👥 Family Invite Every member gets an individual code — valid for only 30 minutes, found under Family in the app. Setting up a new device also lets you import an existing backup directly during onboarding 📂.
