Erfasse neue Kontakte direkt am Messestand — auch ohne Internet — und synchronisiere alle Leads automatisch mit deinem Varco-Account, sobald du wieder online bist. KERN-FUNKTIONEN • Formulare deines Mandanten direkt aus dem Backend laden • Leads über dynamische Formulare erfassen — Text, Zahl, Datum, E-Mail, Auswahl, Foto, Unterschrift • Visitenkarten-Scan: Foto machen, Texterkennung extrahiert Name, Firma, E-Mail, Telefon und Adresse automatisch — direkt auf dem Gerät, ohne Cloud-OCR • Komplett offline-fähig — Daten landen lokal verschlüsselt auf dem Gerät • Automatische Synchronisation, sobald wieder Internet verfügbar ist • Unterschrift digital direkt auf dem Gerät einholen (Apple-Pencil-fähige iPads & Stifte werden unterstützt) • Mehrere Geräte pro Mandant über E-Mail-Login oder QR-Code-Pairing freischalten DATENSCHUTZ & SICHERHEIT • Token wird verschlüsselt im Android-Keystore gespeichert • Visitenkarten-Texterkennung läuft komplett auf dem Gerät — keine Übertragung an externe OCR-Dienste • Keine Werbung, kein Tracking durch Dritte • Daten werden ausschließlich an deinen eigenen Varco-Mandanten übertragen • Übertragung erfolgt verschlüsselt über HTTPS • Auf Wunsch jederzeit Geräteabmeldung mit Token-Widerruf ZUGANG Du benötigst einen Varco-Mandanten mit aktivierter MesseApp-Funktion.
