TCM Phyto gestattet es breiten Kreisen erstmals, die über Jahrzehnte von Prof. Hempen systematisierte Aufarbeitung der klassischen chinesischen Phytotherapie auf unkomplizierte Weise kennenzulernen und zu nutzen. Aktuell stehen rund 400 klassische chinesische Arzneimittel und über 250 klassische Rezepturen der Traditionellen Chinesischen Medizin zur Verfügung. Jedes einzelne Arzneimittel, jede Rezeptur wird in einer ausführlichen Monographie vorgestellt. Die Wirkung wird überall systematisch erläutert. Außerdem kann jeder Name auf Chinesisch gehört werden. Eine Volltextsuche ermöglicht es, Arzneien und Rezepturen ganz einfach anhand von etwa 15.000 hinterlegten Symptomen zu finden. TCM Phyto ist eine unvergleichliche Wissensquelle, die den Inhalt mehrerer Standardwerke abdeckt. Die App ist weltweit nutzbar. In ihr kann jederzeit zwischen vier Sprachen umgeschaltet werden: Deutsch, Englisch, Chinesisch und Pinyin. Auch die grafische Eingabe von chinesischen Schriftzeichen ist möglich. TCM Apps von Prof. Hempen zu den Bereichen Diagnose und Akupunktur sind in Vorbereitung.
