From income tax to profit-and-loss accounting, VAT and trade tax, you handle your whole tax case in one app — guided, instead of lost in forms. taxtastic is available in English. Switch the language and the interview, the help texts and your results follow — for the German tax system, in a language you actually read. One app instead of a pile of tools You answer plain questions about your life. taxtastic assigns your answers to the right forms and annexes automatically and hides everything that does not apply to you. If your situation gets more complex, you do not have to switch tools: income tax, profit-and-loss accounting, VAT and trade tax work together. Pre-filled. But not blindly. Wage, pension and insurance data already held by the tax administration can be imported via ELSTER once you have authorised it. After that, taxtastic asks specifically for what is still missing — your commute, home office, work equipment or tradesperson invoices, for example. Receipts? Just point your camera. Photograph invoices and receipts straight into the app. The amount and date are recognised and offered for you to accept. Recognition runs on your device, and your receipts stay stored locally. You can see what is happening. While you answer questions, taxtastic keeps updating your expected tax result. You see straight away how a new entry may change it.
