Die Staaten zweier Ameisenköniginnen treten im Kampf um Nahrungsquellen gegeneinander an. Es gibt drei verschiedene Ameisenarten: Arbeiter, die für die Nahrungsbeschaffung zuständig sind, Wächter, die der Verteidigung dienen, und Angreifer, die versuchen, die gegnerische Kolonie zu schwächen und zu besiegen. Jeder Mitspieler kann selbst bestimmen, von welcher Art er wieviele Ameisen einsetzen möchte, um sein Ziel zu erreichen: Die Vorherrschaft im Ameisenhaufen.
