B+B Bauen im Bestand bietet bautechnischen (Fach-)Planern, Bausachverständigen und Führungskräften in ausführenden Unternehmen mit einem Schwerpunkt in der Altbausanierung Fachinformationen über professionelles Instandsetzen, Modernisieren und Umbauen und konzentriert sich dabei überwiegend auf den Hochbau. Themenschwerpunkte sind Bauwerkserhaltung, Bauwerksabdichtung, Bautenschutz, Mauerwerkssanierung, Betoninstandsetzung, Fachwerkinstandsetzung, Fassadensanierung mit Fensteraustausch und -instandsetzung, (bekämpfender) Holzschutz, Brandschutz, Innenraumsanierung, Denkmalpflege, Barrierefreiheit im Bestand, Gebäudeaufstockung, Energetische Sanierung (speziell: Außen- und Innendämmung, Luftdichtheit, Anlagentechnik wie Erzeugung erneuerbarer Energien, Anwendung des Gebäudeenergiegesetztes für energetische Modernisierungen), Schadstoffsanierung, Schimmelsanierung, Innenraumluft und -hygiene. Ziel ist es, für Baumaßnahmen im Bestand den gesamten Prozess über die Bauzustandserfassung und Bauwerksdiagnostik über die bautechnische Planung bis hin zur Ausführung und Koordination der Gewerke abzubilden. Informationen über neue Produkte, Systeme, Verfahren und Werkzeuge, Arbeitsschutz sowie interessante Fachmedien und Veranstaltungen runden das Informationsangebot ab.
