TWO MINUTES TO CALM DOWN The round button in the middle starts a guided program that brings you down step by step: first, breathe with the light, 4 seconds in, 6 seconds out. Your phone gently vibrates along, so it even works with your eyes closed. Then small exercises bring you back to the here and now: a quick reality check, 3 things you see, 2 you hear, 1 you feel. All you have to do is follow along. YOUR FLIGHT, CALMLY ACCOMPANIED Add your flight and Mutflieger shows you what is roughly happening right now – from taxiing to cruising to landing, each with a short, reassuring sentence. Prefer not to watch the clock? Choose "Rather without a clock" and only see how far along you are. ON THE LOCK SCREEN Flight phase, progress and a calm sentence – without opening the app, as a live update on Android 16. Two buttons take you straight to quick help or the turbulence meter. BUMPY? PUT CALMLY INTO WORDS. Place your phone flat and Mutflieger describes the bumps in words instead of numbers – like "cobblestones when driving a car". After a while, the app invites you to put your phone away. Instead of constantly checking, there is room to trust the flight. WHAT WAS THAT? Rumbling, whirring, a chime: the typical sounds on a plane, briefly explained. Sounds that fit the current flight phase are shown first. A LOVED ONE'S VOICE ON BOARD Ask someone close to you to record a courage message – or keep a voice message straight from your favorite messenger. Listen any time during the flight, even without a connection.
