Noesia

Most of the time you know what you should do. The problem is the week after, when the resolution gets quieter and everyday life gets louder. Noesia is an audio platform for exactly that week. Fifteen to twenty minutes, spoken by people who have worked on the topic for years. Listen on the way to work, on a walk after lunch, in the evening when things go quiet. No appointment. No video. No calendar entry. NOÉ IS WITH YOU Noé is your companion at Noesia. You talk about what you are working on, what is hard right now, what you have set out to do. Noé listens, asks back and keeps it. Next time, Noé still remembers what it was about. Someone new to leading needs different things than someone who has run a team for ten years. Someone facing a decision needs something else than someone who cannot sleep after a conflict. Noé hears where you stand and suggests the audio training that fits. Not the most popular one. The right one for this week. You simply start talking. No typing, no form. Noé takes notes and holds on to what sticks. Your goals stay visible, even when little is moving right now. No test, no grade, no assessment. A conversation that remembers. THE TRAININGS Every audio training is spoken by a person who has dealt with the topic for years: trainers, consultants, therapists, leaders. They tell their own cases, not textbook theory. Sharpened to what you will do differently afterwards. For work, it is about self-leadership, communication, leading teams, deciding, growth, everyday work and new work. About setting boundaries. Saying no. The conflict that will not go away. The new role you grow into. But much of what makes work hard starts somewhere else. That is why Noesia also has trainings on topics no professional development programme covers: self-doubt. Perfectionism. The argument at home that stopped being about the dishes long ago. Money. Friendships that fall asleep. Sleep that will not come. The question of meaning. What you listen to stays with you. WHAT THE APP DOES • Noé as a companion, by voice or text, with a memory that lasts for weeks • Recommendations that fit your situation, not a target group • Keep your goals in view and understand your strengths better • More than 200 audio trainings by real experts • Playlists that bundle several trainings into one listening path • Listen offline and pick up where you left off • In German, English, French and Greek FOR YOU OR FOR YOUR TEAM Many people listen to Noesia through their company, because companies book access for their teams. Others subscribe for themselves. In both cases: nobody in your company sees what you listen to or what you tell Noé.
