In Codex7, one of you is the culprit. The investigators want to expose them, the culprit wants to stay hidden. A case full of clues, suspicion and bluff, set in a living city. HOW YOU INVESTIGATE Walk to the crime scene and talk to the officer to begin the investigation. Then question the people around town. Some point you onward, clue by clue, until you uncover one of the culprit's traits and note it in your notebook. The more traits you gather, the clearer it becomes who the culprit is. CRIME WEAPONS & LAB Weapons are scattered across the city. Pick one up and bring it to the lab to reveal another of the culprit's traits. IF YOU ARE THE CULPRIT You don't collect, you deceive. Fake evidence at the witnesses, burn other players' clues and sabotage the investigation to stay in the shadows. THE CASE MEETING Think you know who did it? Call the case meeting. Everyone votes. Get it right and the investigators win. Get it wrong and the culprit triumphs. What's new

New: case meeting chat. During the meeting you can now communicate without typing: raise suspicion, present a clue you collected, or simply react. You build the statements by tapping, and the computer players join in too. Also: in the English version, clues and texts now appear fully in English. The meeting window is bigger and easier to read, the controls sit closer to the screen edge, and computer players now move at your speed.
