IONTO - SPA Evolution App

Music is probably the highest form of communication that man has created. Moods, memories, feelings - all this is contained in music. But it can do even more: Music therapy uses music and sound very successfully in the treatment of a variety of health disorders. Especially in today's world, treatments that maintain or improve the right balance between tension and revitalization are becoming more important. The right music not only leads to well-being and relaxation, but also to positive changes. For example, the concentration of stress hormones is reduced and the "cuddle hormone" oxytocin is released more strongly. The effect of music can be further enhanced if the component of structure-borne sound is added to the airborne sound. In this case, the music is transmitted to the body via a specific medium. While the internal organs act as resonating bodies, our muscles are made to vibrate and even our skin transmits deep tones as vibrations via its sensitive receptors. This symbolizes the basis of our IONTO-SPA evolution.
