Sich lebendig zu fühlen und ausgeglichen zu sein, ist vor allem eine Frage unserer Energie. Die Übungen von healing formula basieren auf den Erkenntnissen verschiedener energetischer Heilsysteme wie dem Yoga oder dem amerikanischen Konzept des »Healing Codes«. Sie helfen dabei, unsere körperliche, geistige und seelische Energie wieder in Resonanz zu bringen. 12 Übungen führen dich durch deinen ganz persönlichen Heilungsprozess – mit Audio-Anleitungen und Bildern der Handhaltungen. Durch die Übungen von healing formula haben nicht nur alte Muster aus der Vergangenheit eine Chance, gelöst zu werden, sondern alle Körperbereiche bekommen die Aufmerksamkeit, die ihnen guttut. Um dir das Üben leichter zu machen, gibt es die Übungen von healing formula in drei Varianten: hf 12 Minuten hf 24 Minuten (sehr schön auch vor dem Einschlafen!) hf flash 5 Minuten So kannst du in wirklich jeder Lebenssituation üben, wie es gerade für dich stimmig ist. In healing formula bekommst du außerdem: täglich einen neuen Impuls, der dich durch den Tag begleitet einen Timer, mit dem du deine Übungszeit individuell variieren kannst Stell‘ dir dein eigenes Übungs-Repertoire zusammen! Damit du immer neue Anregungen zum Üben findest, bietet dir die App drei weitere Sektionen, in denen du Hilfreiches für deine persönliche Heilungsreise findest: Üben Kurze Übungen für zwischendurch und längere Meditationen Zuhören Schlaf gut mit Paul J. Kohtes – die schönsten Schlafgeschichten für Groß und Klein Meditieren Unser neuestes Angebot – hier kannst du, gemeinsam mit bis zu zehn Personen, online meditieren. Lade deine Freundinnen und Freunde zu einer Online-Meditation ein – oder nimm‘ an den Meditationen anderer App-Nutzenden teil. Selbstverständlich kannst du mit dieser Funktion auch einfach alleine meditieren. Richte dir ein schönes Ambiente für deine Meditation ein, lass‘ dich von Musik begleiten, wenn du möchtest.
