Groups & Teams - Class & Sport

Groups & Teams splits a list of names into fair teams or groups – at random, but by your rules. Plus seating plans, the jigsaw method and export as image, PDF or CSV. No ads, no account, no data collection. Works fully offline. 👥 FORM TEAMS • By number of teams, by people per team – or define the teams yourself (name, colour, emoji) • Distribute genders mixed, balanced or separate • Balance by skill level (1–5 stars), hidden in the result if you prefer • Spread captains across separate teams automatically • Honour "always together" and "never together" rules • Live preview before the draw, reshuffle whenever you like 🧩 JIGSAW METHOD • Cooperative learning with home groups and expert groups • Name the topics freely – every topic appears in every home group • Switch between home and expert groups in the result • Gender, skill and rules are applied here as well 🪑 SEATING PLAN • Grid with an adjustable number of columns and rows • Drag seats with your finger – they snap neatly into the grid • Set the board position and honour seating preferences (front/back) • "Never together" keeps neighbours apart • Clean outlines instead of filled colour – easy on the printer 📋 LISTS & PEOPLE • As many lists as you need for classes, courses or squads • Present/absent with a single tap – absentees stay out of the draw • Add several names at once, search, sort or reorder by drag & drop • The result is saved and can be reopened later 📤 EXPORT & SHARE • As an image (PNG) in different aspect ratios • As a PDF in A4 for printing and pinning up • As CSV for your spreadsheet • Share directly or save to your device • Back up all lists to a file – and restore them anytime 🏫 FOR SCHOOL & SPORT Whether it's group work, the jigsaw method, a seating chart, training groups or the line-ups for the next match – the app takes the counting off your hands and produces splits nobody calls unfair. ✨ WHY THIS APP • Ad-free – no banners, no pop-ups • No data collection, no tracking, no account • Works offline • No permissions apart from vibration • Light and dark theme • Clean, fast and easy to use Enjoy the shuffle!
