MD:FIELD – Field Work

Working in field sales, visiting customers or looking after several sites? MD:FIELD brings your personal work records into one app, with less paperwork between your last visit and the end of the day. RECORD WORKING TIME AND CUSTOMER VISITS Record trips, site visits, breaks, calls, emails, remote work and other activities. Compare actual and target working time up to the selected date. Keep visit notes and attach photos or files when needed. KEEP TRACK OF TASKS BY LOCATION Plan routes and manage one-time or recurring tasks for your customers and sites. See what is due or completed in the app. Keep your own records of reviews, goals and to-dos. UNDERSTAND BUSINESS MILEAGE AND PRIVATE USE Enter at least two dated odometer readings and record all business trips in full. MD:FIELD shows the recorded business distance and calculates the remaining private share, including percentages. The calculation uses your entries between the odometer readings. The app does not automatically detect trips using GPS or determine permitted private use. CREATE AND SHARE REPORTS Create PDF and Excel reports. Choose the document language independently of the app language; your own text is not translated. MORE TOOLS FOR YOUR WORKDAY • Document vehicle history, fuel and charging receipts, and multi-leg business travel • Record travel expenses using stored 2026 rates for Germany and Austria; record Swiss expenses under the applicable policy or with receipts • Convert currencies using a manual rate or an ECB reference rate loaded on request • Record vacation, sick leave, time off and public holidays; confirm holidays imported online or from an ICS file • Archive previous work years and create compressed local backups • Use all 24 official EU languages; configure country of employment, region and settlement currency for EU countries and Switzerland One-time purchase, no subscription. See the store for the current price. PRIVACY MD:FIELD requires no user account. Your work data remains on your device and is not automatically sent to Moonlio Digital or synchronised. Device and cloud backups depend on operating-system settings. External requests occur only after your action: loading a reference rate sends currency codes and a date window from 14 days before the requested reference date through that date to the ECB; importing public holidays online sends country of employment, region, language and date range to OpenHolidays API; opening Google Maps sends the origin, destination and transport mode to Google. Internet requests also technically expose the IP address and connection data to the providers. You also control all exports and sharing. IMPORTANT MD:FIELD supports personal documentation, not connected team management. The app does not replace legal, tax, employment contract or collective agreement advice. Guidance for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, labelled EU baseline profiles, stored rates, company rules and acceptance of records require individual verification. The complete privacy policy and support information are available in German and English. In all other app languages, these contents are displayed in English with a corresponding notice.
