Push-up Quest: Home Workout

Push-up Quest is your personal push-up and plank trainer – adaptive, no equipment, no account, no ads, no subscription. HOW IT WORKS Start with a max test. Push-up Quest builds a personal training plan from it, with staged sets (45/55/65/45/100% of your max) that adapts automatically as you progress. Fail a set and the session repeats; beat it and your max rises right away. Every few sessions, a retest keeps your plan accurate. HANDS-FREE COUNTING Your phone's proximity sensor counts reps automatically – just place the phone next to you, no tapping needed. A voice coach counts along and announces sets and rest periods. YOUR AVATAR GROWS WITH YOU Every completed session earns XP for your personal pixel avatar. Choose between two evolution lines – Phoenix or Samurai – and watch your character grow from egg to fledgling, or apprentice to warrior, all the way to legend. Take down weekly bosses with your training volume to unlock new evolution stages. Your companion also shows you at a glance whether you're keeping up your routine. STAY MOTIVATED - Badges for milestones - Challenges for extra goals - Weekly boss battles powered by your training volume - Streak and weekly volume stats - Home screen widget showing your next session and avatar FLEXIBLE Plan push-ups and planks separately, set your own training rhythm with rest days, and get reminders when needed. Optionally log completed sessions to Health Connect (calories, training time) – fully optional and revocable at any time. PRIVACY All training data stays on your device. Push-up Quest doesn't send data to any server and contains no ads or tracking. PRO A one-time purchase (no subscription) unlocks extra content. Core features are free.
