- Dokumente digital organisieren:
Goodbye Aktenordner! Mit der eCare haben Sie Ihre wichtigen Dokumente immer zur Hand.
- E-Rezepte einlösen:
Empfangen Sie E-Rezepte von Ihrer Arztpraxis in der eCare. Lösen Sie diese in einer Apotheke online oder in Ihrer Nähe ein und lassen Sie Ihre Medikamente liefern oder holen Sie diese ab. Ihre E-Rezepte für Gesundheits-Apps (DiGAs) sowie für orthopädische Hilfsmittel wie Einlagen und Bandagen lassen sich auch digital einlösen.
- Überblick über Ihre Medikamente behalten:
Alle verordneten Medikamente landen automatisch in Ihrer Medikationsliste in der eCare. Liegt ein Medikationsplan vor, ist dieser ebenfalls dort verfügbar. Ergänzen Sie rezeptfreie Präparate, aktivieren Sie praktische Einnahmeerinnerungen und gehen Sie mit dem Wechselwirkungs-Check auf Nummer sicher. Beipackzettel verlegt? Ist dieser bereits digitalisiert, können Sie ihn direkt in der App abrufen.
- Laborwerte verstehen:
Tragen Sie Ihre Laborwerte ein, verfolgen Sie deren Entwicklung und erfahren Sie über das Glossar, was die Werte bedeuten.
- Mit der Behandlungshistorie den Überblick behalten:
Erhalten Sie schnell einen Überblick über Ihre verschriebenen Medikamente, Diagnosen oder Behandlungen.
- Mit dem Impfstatus immer optimal geschützt:
Jederzeit einsehen und erfahren, wann Ihre nächsten Impfungen anstehen. Tragen Sie Ihre Impfungen ein und schauen Sie nach, welche Ihnen empfohlen werden.
- Zugang zu Ihrer Patientenakte kontrollieren:
Mit dem Stecken der Gesundheitskarte geben Sie einer Praxis Zugriff auf Ihre Akte. Über die eCare verwalten Sie Berechtigungen ganz nach Ihrem Wunsch. Sie können Ihre Akte für eine Praxis freigeben und die Zugriffsdauer verkürzen oder verlängern. Die Sperre einer Praxis ist auch möglich.
Wenn Sie ein Dokument nicht teilen wollen, blenden Sie es aus.
- Für Angehörige die Akte verwalten:
Greifen Sie auch auf die Akte Ihrer Kinder und Angehörigen zu. Über die eCare können Sie eine Vertretung einrichten und für andere Dokumente sowie Berechtigungen verwalten.
- Mit Praxen und der BARMER schreiben:
Über Chats mit Praxis, BARMER und Co tauschen Sie Nachrichten mit Ihren Praxen, anderen medizinischen Einrichtungen oder der BARMER sicher aus.
