astendo Event ist eine App für Kunden der astendo GmbH, die den astendo eventManager nutzen. Mit dem eventManager unterstützt astendo erfolgreich seit Jahren viele Kunden bei der gesamten Abwicklung von Veranstaltungen – von der Planung über ein Online-Teilnehmermanagement bis hin zur Akkreditierung vor Ort. Die eventApp ermöglicht nun den Teilnehmern und Gästen den mobilen Zugriff auf Veranstaltungsinformationen und vervollständigt den Event-Service unserer Kunden. Sie ist sowohl für iOS, wie auch für Android verfügbar. Im Detail bietet die App folgenden Funktionen für die Teilnehmer von Veranstaltungen: - Mobile Verfügbarkeit von wichtigen Informationen (Name, Datum, Logo, Ort) zu den Veranstaltungen sowie eine Veranstaltungsübersicht - Inhalte sind vom Veranstalter im eventManager konfigurierbar, so kann er bestimmen welche Inhalte der Webseite in der App angezeigt werden. - Ticket mit Buchungsnummer, Name und QR-Code für die Teilnehmer - Benachrichtigungen durch Veranstalter, wie zum Beispiel Ortswechsel und Absagen - Live-Chat zwischen Veranstaltern und Teilnehmern macht den Austausch zu und nach Veranstaltungen möglich und lässt Mitteilungen schnell einpflegen - Self-Check-In: Teilnehmer können sich selbst zur Veranstaltung einchecken und so Ihre Wartezeit vor Ort verkürzen astendo Event steht in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch zur Verfügung
