ADAPTY – Run Your Business

ADAPTY is a system for running a business – sales, jobs, field service, tool rental and everyday work across the company. This app is its mobile part: what people in the field and on the shop floor need to have in their pocket, without paper and without calling the office. WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL Boiler rooms, basements, production halls, buildings under construction. ADAPTY is a native app, not a web page in a browser: you save the record, the customer signs, you attach a photo – and the data is sent as soon as you are connected. Nothing gets lost and nobody waits. WHAT YOU SEE DEPENDS ON YOUR COMPANY The app is part of the ADAPTY system (www.adapty.cz) and you sign in with an account set up by your company. Its content follows the parts of ADAPTY your company uses: a salesperson sees customers and activities, a technician sees service requests and machines, a site foreman sees the tool rental, everyone sees their own tasks and timesheets. FOR SALES • The day starts with a work queue – today, this week, overdue. • Two taps after a meeting: call, meeting, e-mail, voice note. • The customer's full history in your pocket, including what a colleague handled – and ERP data if connected. • A won opportunity continues as a job in the same environment. FOR TECHNICIANS • The whole job on your phone: request, machine, address, contact. • Pick used parts from stock, nothing is retyped. • The customer signs with a finger on site and the report is e-mailed before you leave. • Nothing left to write up in the evening. FOR JOBS AND PROJECTS • Time is logged on the activity you are working on – a few taps, not a spreadsheet at the end of the week. • Photos and documents attached to the job right from the site. • The company sees plan consumption every day, not on the invoice. FOR EVERYONE IN THE COMPANY • Tasks from meetings, jobs and sales in one place, each with a deadline and an owner. • Steps, comments, attachments and timesheets directly on the task. • Calendar synced with Microsoft 365. FOR CONSTRUCTION SITES AND TOOL RENTAL • The foreman requests equipment from the phone – no more calls to the rental desk. • Handover goes through confirmation and signature; unconfirmed items don't disappear. • Barcode and QR scanning, returns and transfers between sites.
