DanmarCRM Scan turns paper into clean, searchable PDFs, and then gets out of your way. No advertising, no account to create, no subscription, and nothing you scan is ever sent anywhere. WHAT IT DOES Scan with the camera, take a photo, or pick pictures you already have. The app finds the edges of the page, straightens it, and cleans it up. If the result is not quite right, drag the four corners yourself with a magnifier under your fingertip. Five looks to choose from: Original, Auto, Magic Color, Grayscale and black and white, plus brightness and contrast. Apply one look to every page at once. Text on your pages is recognised on the phone, in the background. That makes your library searchable by what is written inside a document, not just by its name, and it is what puts a real text layer into the PDFs you export, so they are searchable in any reader on any computer. Export one PDF with every page, the photos one by one, or a single tall image. Choose A4, Letter, or a page shaped like the photo. Add a password and the PDF is encrypted with AES-256. Open and read PDFs you already have, and import them: each page becomes a normal page you can crop and filter. If the file already carries text, that text is kept, so it stays searchable straight away. Draw on a page with a pen or a highlighter, add a note, and place a signature you drew once and the app remembers. None of it touches the photo underneath, so you can take the marks off again at any time. Merge PDFs, take out a range of pages, add a password or remove one. Put both sides of an identity card on a single page. Print through your phone's usual print dialogue, which is also how you save to PDF from anywhere. Organise with folders, search, multi-select, merge and sort. Back the whole library up to one zip file and restore it on another phone. PRIVACY This app asks for one permission: the camera, and only when you open its own scanning screen. It has no internet permission, so it could not upload your scans even if it wanted to. Choosing photos uses the Android photo picker, which hands over only the pictures you pick. Saving a file opens the Android file picker, which gives access to the one file or folder you choose. Text recognition and image processing run on your phone. There is a private folder for the documents you would rather not have on the list. It opens with the same fingerprint or PIN that unlocks your phone. WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW The camera scanning screen is provided by Google Play services, and the first time you use it your phone may download that part. If you would rather not use it, or your phone has no Play services, "Take a photo" and "Choose photos" do the same job entirely offline.
