AstraFleet Live

DAE Fleet is a digital fuel management platform built by DAE for fleet operators and their drivers. It replaces cash, fuel cards, and paper logbooks with a secure, verified way to fuel up — giving drivers a faster experience at the pump, and giving fleet operators the visibility and control they need over every litre dispensed. HOW IT WORKS 1. Tap your vehicle's NFC tag to verify the driver and vehicle before fuelling. 2. The app generates a secure, one-time QR code for the station to process the transaction. 3. Fuel up as usual. 4. Receive an instant electronic receipt, automatically logged to your fuelling history. FOR DRIVERS • Fast at the pump — the tap-to-fuel flow takes seconds, cutting queue time at the station. • Cashless and paperless — no cash handling, no paper slips. Every transaction produces a digital e-receipt. • Full transaction history — review past fuelling records, receipts, and vehicle details at any time. • Works across participating fuel networks and stations, with a consistent experience wherever you fuel up. FOR FLEET OPERATORS AND BUSINESSES • Driver and vehicle verification — every transaction is tied to an approved driver and vehicle, reducing misuse and unauthorised fuelling. • Subsidy and compliance-ready tracking — fuelling activity can be recorded against company quotas and usage policies, supporting internal audit and regulatory reporting requirements wherever they apply. • Centralised oversight — administrators can review fuelling activity, transaction history, and vehicle usage across their entire fleet. • Fraud and misuse prevention — NFC verification plus single-use QR codes close common gaps in manual or card-based fuel programs. FLEXIBLE DEPLOYMENT FOR FUEL NETWORKS DAE Fleet is built to go live fast. It can operate standalone, with no integration to a station's POS or forecourt controller (FCC) required — allowing new stations or networks to launch in days rather than months. For networks that want deeper automation, DAE Fleet can also connect directly to major forecourt controllers on the market, enabling automated pump authorisation and real-time transaction data without manual intervention at the till. BUILT FOR FLEETS OF ANY SIZE Whether you manage a handful of vehicles or a large commercial fleet, DAE Fleet gives you a verified digital record for every fill-up — replacing manual processes with a faster, more secure, and more accountable way to manage fuel. DAE Fleet is developed and supported by DAE, a technology provider for fuel and fleet management solutions.
