Termbedded USB Serial Terminal

Connect your Android phone to an embedded device and work with its serial command line. Termbedded is an offline USB OTG terminal for firmware development, configuration and diagnostics. DEVICE PROFILES Save independent profiles for your boards. Set baud rate, data bits, parity, stop bits, encoding, Enter and Backspace behavior. Select a detected USB adapter and port when connecting. READABLE TERMINAL Use VT100 cursor control, DEC line graphics, text attributes and scroll regions. Optional ANSI extensions add 16-color, 256-color and RGB output. Fit 80 characters across the screen by default, choose 20–160 visible columns, scroll horizontally or expand the terminal area. INPUT THAT FITS YOUR WORKFLOW Edit a command before sending, or transmit keys directly. Use the Android keyboard, a physical keyboard or the built-in panel with arrows, Ctrl/Alt, PF keys and a numeric keypad. Configure six named macros per profile, including exact byte sequences, and send individual HEX bytes or BREAK where supported. QUICK START AND KEYBOARDS Start with the Zodiac profile at 115200 baud, with ready-made Reset, +, -, BS, X and Space macros. Choose the system keyboard, the full integrated keyboard or a compact macros-only panel with larger buttons plus Enter and ESC. Built-in keys and macros send with one tap. Wide landscape windows place the keyboard to the right of the terminal. Full-page offline help explains escape sequences and exact bytes. When Android launches Termbedded for a previously connected USB device, the app restores its last successfully used profile and port. Devices without a serial number share history by adapter type. DIAGNOSTICS Switch between the terminal and received-data HEX view. Select and copy output, paste text and recall recent commands. The terminal continues processing while HEX view is open. LANGUAGES AND PRIVACY Automatic phone language or a manual choice of English, Czech, Slovak, German, Polish, French and Spanish. Offline help is included. No account, advertising or analytics SDK is required. REQUIREMENTS AND SCOPE Android 7.0 or later, USB host/OTG support, a suitable cable and a supported USB serial device are required. Supported adapter families depend on the USB serial driver; not every adapter revision is guaranteed. This release supports USB, not Bluetooth or network connections. VT100 emulation is partial; complete compatibility is not claimed. Sessions depend on the app activity; there is no persistent file log or guaranteed background connection.
